Co-op Academy Clarice Cliff is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed administrator to work in our very busy and demanding school office.
37 hours per week, term time only.
The successful applicant will be a part of an established team responsible for the smooth running of the school office. As well as effectively dealing with day to day enquiries and visitors to the school, you will be required to complete various administrative and finance tasks. Previous office experience and a working knowledge of a variety of computer packages is essential.
You will need excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as good grammar, numeracy and accurate keyboard skills. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.
Main duties will include; answering the telephone, reception duties, word processing documents and letters, updating school records, basic finance tasks and general clerical duties.
